How it all started

I began my illustrious T-shirt-making career when I lived in The Colony, where I was basically a T-shirt-changing ninja - four to six times a day for each of my four tiny tornados, who were allowed to play two sports because why not? I also held board positions for the Baseball, PTA, and the City. My then father-in-law had a copy business, but the world was all like, "Digital, baby!" Learn the difference in each process

SCREENPRINTING - This is the most cost effective way to print bulk shirts. You must have a minimum order of 10 shirts of the same design. Garment items can change (4 shirts, 4 hoodies, 2 long sleeve shirts) as long as ink color and design does not change. When screen printing, each artwork color needs to be placed on a separate layer, images must be burned onto mesh screens, and then colored ink is pressed through the screens to make a print. Each color requires a different screen. The process of preparing artwork, burning a screen(s), and setting up the press, takes a lot of time. The setup time and cost of preparing a job doesn’t change between 1 shirt and 100. For this reason screen printing is not cost effective for very small orders. Price varies with quantities, placement and colors.

EMBROIDERY- Price is based per stitch. If you have a logo there is a 1 time fee of $25 to digitize the image. This must be paid for upfront. You will then own rights to the digitized logo that can be used with any company. No minimum.
